Breads From Anna® has exceptional gluten free bread mixes created by chef, Anna Sobaski, out of several distinctive gluten free grains. Anna is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City, where she concentrated on creating delicious food using only the healthiest ingredients. Anna’s goal in developing this bread was to make something delicious, nutritious, easy to prepare and convenient for even the busiest person. A celiac herself, she understands the need for such a bread.
The texture and taste of Breads From Anna's gluten free bread mix is wonderful! It looks like a traditional loaf of whole grain bread. It has a substance that is smooth, non-grainy and best of all, does not crumble! The flavor is rich, and intensified by the high quality of the ingredients. Anna, as well as many celiac home cooks and cooking instructors across the country, tested this bread mix hundreds of times to ensure successful results.
Breads From Anna® is also great for people who want to incorporate more variety into their diet and will satisfy a range of health needs. Besides those with celiac disease, there are many people with wheat or gluten sensitivity. A growing number of people are also choosing to add alternative flours and grains for the basic health benefits that come from a diet which is broader in its sources of nutrition.
The bread machine method produces a more “whole grain” texture, making delicious sandwiches or toast. The oven method will produce two 4-1/2" x 8-1/2" loaves which are lighter in texture. It makes an outstanding bread served as an accompaniment for dinner or an outrageously delicious French toast. Breads From Anna® is also easily adapted as hamburger and hot dog buns, dinner rolls, bread sticks-almost any bread recipe you can imagine!
Each bag of Breads From Anna® gluten free bread mix makes a large loaf in a bread machine (16-20 slices).
What you need to add to prepare the bread: eggs, water, oil, apple cider vinegar (see baking tips to make egg free)
