Celiac Awareness Month

May is Celiac Awareness Month and Breads From Anna will donate a percentage of our May proceeds to the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center’s Blood Screening Program. This program provides free blood screening to potential celiac patients who may otherwise go un-tested.     All Breads From Anna® mixes are packaged in a gluten-free and nut-free facility and all ingredients are sourced from gluten-free vendors. All mixes are kosher. All Breads From Anna® mixes are high in protein and fiber and only sweetened with maple or honey. The ingredients used are all-natural, free of any additives or flavor enhancers. All of our mixes use only GMO Free ingredients except our Original Mix that is Gluten, Soy, Rice and Nut Free. All of the ingredients in this mix are GMO free except the cornstarch.

    Breads From Anna® is endorsed by the Celiac Disease Foundation, the Celiac Sprue Association of North America, the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center, and the University of Maryland Center for Celiac Research.

  • Gluten Evolution® began as a personal chef service in 2002. Today Gluten Evolution® is also a test kitchen and creator of Breads From Anna® mixes, available in stores and online as of March 2004. The personal chef service continues to be an educational force for helping others learn to live very well on the gluten-free diet.
