My daughter has multiple allergies—she can’t have wheat or gluten in h - Breads from Anna

My daughter has multiple allergies—she can’t have wheat or gluten in her diet but she also can’t have corn, yeast or nuts. What can you recommend?

Breads from Anna has a yeast-free bread that would allow your daughter to take a sandwich to school.  Some mothers have written in that they bake the bread, let it cool and slice.  They make several sandwiches, with freezable fillers, and put them into individual freezer bags to be frozen.  In the morning, they take out one and put it in the lunchbox.  By the time lunch comes around, the sandwich is thawed and ready to go.

You can also purchase a Flat Bread Maker so wraps can be made for lunch or snacks.  The sweet breads, including banana bread, pumpkin bread, the apple pancake and muffin mix, the cranberry pancake and muffin mix, the maple pancake and muffin mix and the black bean brownie all would be safe for your daughter to enjoy.

Eggs are one of the top eight food allergens.  All of the mixes can be made egg free and there are egg replacement recommendations and recipes on this website.
