  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all wet ingredients and lightly beat. 
  2. Add mix and blend until well combined.
  3. Fill standard muffin tins 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until center tests clean with a toothpick.
