Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Add the following to Breads From Anna Bread Mix (Original Gluten Free Bread Mix or Corn and Dairy Free Bread Mix):

  • 1/2 cup chopped golden raisins or any dried fruit; cranberries, cherries or apricots are all delicious options 
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of cinnamon 
  • 3 tablespoons of maple sugar, honey or your favorite sweetener (if using honey add to the wet ingredients) 
  • 1/2 cut chopped walnuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1) Combine all ingredients with dry mix.
2) Follow the directions on the package to complete baking.
