Gluten Free Tomato Herb Bread Recipe


  • 1 package of Breads From Anna Gluten Free Classic Herb Bread Mix and listed ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz) can of tomato sauce (this replaces the liquid amount that is called for in the bread mix)
  • 3 tablespoons brown honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 whole extra large eggs (should measure between 2/3–3/4 cup and be at room temperature)

Follow the bread machine direction on the Classic Herb Mix package.

Note: You may add: 1/8 teaspoon clove, fresh garlic, fresh basil, or fresh rosemary… just to kick it up! I have also made this bread with spaghetti sauce.
