Gluten-Free Peach and Mozzarella Pizza Recipe

Enjoy fresh, ripe peaches in a non-traditional way! The combination of peaches, mozzarella and arugula on a delicious gluten-free pizza crust is sure to please your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Breads From Anna® Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Mix
  • Fresh, ripe peaches
  • Fresh arugula (can substitute with fresh basil)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil

Directions:

  1. Prepare one package of Breads from Anna® Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Mix per package instructions.  
  2. After dough has risen (approx. 45 minutes), par-bake the crust at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, should be slightly golden and the top firm to the touch. 
  3. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees. 
  4. Allow crust to cool.
  5. Brushed the top of the crust with olive oil (pesto is also a tasty option)
  6. Layer fresh peaches, arugula and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese has melted, approximately 25-35 minutes.

Yes, this would work on flatbreads as well. Bake for about 20 or until the cheese is melted.

I can’t wait to try this! It’s peach season in NC. Would this work with your flatbread, baking shorter time?
