These versatile crepes make a delicious meal for any time of day, and would be a perfect way to enjoy fresh strawberries! They can be made with either our yeast free or maple mix, and can be stuffed with your favorite filling.
Makes approximately 15-9 inch crepes.
Crepes may be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator. Reheat in skillet over medium heat, one at a time.
Extra chocolate filling can be used for frosting or eaten as pudding!
This recipe has not tested to be egg free but we suggest you use our egg replacement recipe for the dairy corn free bread.
Is it possible to ale crepes without eggs? This look very yummy but my health will not allow me to have eggs, milk and gluten.
