We were inspired by toast recipes found in Cooking Light magazine, including Garlicky Beans on Toast, Ricotta-Pistachio Toast, and Cheddar ‘n Apple Cinnamon Raisin Toast. Here is our suggestion for a healthy start-your-day or snack toast.
1. Toast bread.
2. Mash avocado and mix with lime juice and bacon.
3. Spread avocado mix on toast, and top with strawberries or chopped tomatoes.
