Creamy Gluten-Free Spinach and Feta Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 ½ cup finely chopped fresh spinach (approx. 10 cups fresh)
  • 5 oz. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoon fresh dill or 1 ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Process spinach in food processor until finely chopped.  Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Cover and chill. Serve with Breads from Anna Pita Chips
