- 1 package Breads from Anna® Gluten-Free Maple Pancake & Muffin Mix
- 2 jumbo eggs
- 1 ¾ - 2 cups milk or non-dairy drink (see below for adjusted liquid amounts)
- ⅓ cup oil
- 2-3 cups fruit (fresh or frozen, see below)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
- Follow package instructions to make the pancakes from Breads from Anna Gluten-Free Maple Pancake & Muffin Mix.
- Add 2 -3 cups fruit (fresh or frozen).
- If using fresh fruit use 2 cups liquid, if using frozen fruit use 1 ¾ cup (frozen fruit will have more moisture).
- Add fruit to batter and cook the pancakes following the package instructions.
