These gluten free and yeast free dinner rolls are the perfect addition to a hearty meal.
Start out with our Yeast Free Mix and make the dough as instructed.
You then have two options:
1.) Place the dough in a form pan for dinner rolls or a muffin tin (muffin top pans also work very well) and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature is 195-200 degrees.
2.) Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of dough and spoon onto the cookie sheet. If you want to try and create more of a formed shape, get your hand wet with warm water and gently shape the dough. As soon as the dough sticks to your hands, get them wet again. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
