The pancake & muffin mixes are the newest products being added to the Breads From Anna® product line and we could not be more excited. Like all other Breads From Anna® mixes, the taste and texture are exceptional! This mix is sweetened with maple sugar, enough said! Make the pancakes or muffins for a hearty breakfast or as a tasty snack during the day!
This bread mix has many uses! Be creative and feel free to add your own special touch to either the pancakes or muffins. Add three tablespoons of maple syrup or a handful of nuts or both! Its delicious!
- Any remaining pancakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days and then reheated; can also be frozen for up to four months. Placing wax paper between each pancake and storing in airtight container is recommended.
- All mixes have a two-year shelf life if stored in a cool, dry area.
Breads From Anna Maple Pancake & Muffin Mix Ingredients:
Tapioca starch, arrowroot powder, maple sugar, millet flour, granulated honey, potato starch, Montina®, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, chickpea flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, xanthan gum, sea salt.
