Our Bulk is 25 pounds of the flour blend (not individual mixes). The bulk contains enough to bake 19 loaves of bread. Single yeast packets are included with any bulk order. Instructions for measuring the bulk and recipes are also included. The bulk is approximately a 20% savings.
