Blueberry Pie

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups blueberries
  • 1/2-1 cup favorite sweetener
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 4-5 T. of cornstarch or arrowroot flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon (opt.)

Directions:

  1. Stir together all ingredients.
  2. Prepare piecrust according to directions on package.
  3. Put mixed ingredients into shell of piecrust and cover with top of piecrust.
  4. Bake for one hour.
